Live Painting Guest Portraits - Bundles

We request a minimum booking of 3 hours

3 hours - up to 20-30 guests portraits LIVE

4 hours - up to 30-40 guests portraits LIVE

5 hours - up to 40-50 guests portraits LIVE

The number of guests depends by how many details I need to paint.

We are located in Cagliari but we travel in Sardinia, Italy and in Europe, but we can make only 25-30 events per year!

For events over 60 guests, you can book additional portraits to make in studio! Extra portraits are shipped for free in the next 7 days after the event!

How it works

  • STEP 1

    Contacts

  • The first step is to fill out the form and verify that the date of your event is available.

  • STEP 2

    Book a call

  • We suggest a preliminary call. A video call is not necessary, only a call, which can also be conducted via chat.
    For foreign couples, to avoid misunderstanding, the call will be always a chat.
    The call can be used also to help you choose the right number of hours!

  • STEP 3

    Sign the contract

  • Once the estimate is accepted and the preliminary call is completed, we will send you the contract to be signed.

  • STEP 4

    Payment

  • Upon signing the contract, a non-refundable 20% deposit will be requested as a down payment to secure your event in our schedule. If the wedding is outside Cagliari and we need to book flights and hotels, we will also ask for the travel expenses to cover these costs (which are non-refundable, as almost no airline refunds tickets). Seven days before the wedding, we will request the remaining balance.

  • STEP 5

    The wedding day

  • We will arrive at the location approximately one hour before to set up our table, and we will remain for the hours booked according to the contract. Please remember that all portraits included in the package you have booked, which we are unable to complete on location, will still be finished in the studio and shipped within approximately 7 days for free. (These times may vary depending on availability). We will provide you with precise timing during the estimate phase. We only need to take photos of your guests.

    Please note that we do only speedy wedding guests paintings, limited to 1-2 people per card.

    We don't make other live paintings such as: livegroup paintings, live venue or scenery paintings or live bride and groom paintings.

How much do you charge?

Will you travel?

Yes, we travel in all Sardinia, Italy and Europe, and also the UK.

How far in advance should I book you?

We take bookings up to one year in advance, but please note we have really limited availability. Only 25-30 events per year!

What do I (wedding planner or venue planner) need to provide?

I need only 2 chairs and 1 large table or 2 medium table!

How many hours should I book you for?

We do minimum booking duration is 3-4 hours. M. Paola will work closely with you to determine the optimal number of hours required based on the unique aspects of your event and your desired outcomes. Rest assured, we're committed to ensuring that your event receives the attention and coverage it deserves.
It is not necessary to choose the number of hours based on the guests because not all guests will want portraits. For example, for events with 200 guests, we will never be able to paint them all. So, you can use our service according to your budget!

What paint do you use?

We use watercolor!

How many portraits can you complete at one event?

Each illustration featuring two individuals typically takes between 10-12 minutes to complete, accounting for any intricacies in outfits or details. We dedicated to working swiftly and efficiently to accommodate as many guests as possible, ensuring that each attendee receives their bespoke artwork during the event.

Please, add also transition time between a portrait and another.
Consider an average number of 6-10 portraits per hour, depending on the complexity of dresses.

Do you only live painting at weddings?

No! We do all types events: birthdays, corporate, special events, weddings, etc...

Will you paint more than two people at a time?

To ensure that as many guests as possible can treasure a personalized artwork, we typically limit each illustration to feature up to two individuals. This thoughtful approach allows us to accommodate the diverse array of attendees, ensuring that everyone leaves with a cherished memento of the occasion.

Do guests need to remain seated during the live painting process?

No! Ale will take a photo of the guest, which will be sent to the ipad of Maria Paola to panting. They don't need to hanging, unless they want to watch!

Why your painting are faceless and basically in the same pose?

Faceless is our signature. The same pose is a necessity to ensure as many guests as possible will get their portraits.

How can I book you?

Fill out the form, and if your date is available, I will send you a quote. For further details, you can find plenty of information in the "How It Works" section.

Do you paint bride and groom?

Of course, if the newlyweds decide to come to my table, I will paint their illustration card. This is not a live wedding painting, as many artists do.

How do guests know what they need to do?

At my table, there will be a signage where guests can understand what I do. My assistant will take photos and engage with guests, answering any questions they may have. Additionally, we can make announcements about the service over the microphone.

About me

I started painting wedding crests during the pandemic when my old business, 'Wedding Graphic Designer,' came to a complete standstill.

Since 2021, I've opened a shop on Etsy and began creating floral crests for American brides. The demand for my work skyrocketed, and I realized that I had found my true calling in the world of wedding crests. My background as a graphic designer greatly helps me in creating impeccable print-ready files. All of my crests are designed to be printed up to A2 size, ensuring the highest quality and sharpness of details.

I personally own a professional photo plotter, which allows me to directly print my crests. In addition to printing on paper, I also offer the option to print my crests on various items such as napkins, mugs, pillows, and more. This allows you to further personalize your wedding and create a truly unique and memorable atmosphere.
